• Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit (percentage stated at time of booking).
   
• The balance is due before delivery.
   
• Commissioned pieces may take several weeks/months depending on size and complexity. Timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.
   
• You grant us the right to use images of commissioned artwork for our portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
   

• Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.
   
• All digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed.
   
• Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not offered once downloaded/accessed.

• We accept payment via PayPaL.
   
• All payments must clear before shipping or digital product access is granted.

• We ship worldwide using trusted couriers.

• All artwork, images, text, videos, and guides on this website remain the intellectual property of Suzanne Brooks Art.
   
• Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright to you.
   
• Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
   

• Suzanne Brooks Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
   
• We do not guarantee that digital downloads will be free of errors, viruses, or interruptions.
   
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
