I'm a painter, educator, and creative director living in Ramsey, on the beautiful Isle of Man — a land steeped in Celtic and Norse heritage, rich in folklore and natural wonder.
From my sun-drenched studio, surrounded by sweeping coastlines, rugged hills, and ever-changing skies, I create with heart and intention. Nature is both my muse and my sanctuary — every brushstroke infused with the spirit of this breath-taking place.
My work is a celebration of beauty and vitality. Each piece is crafted for those with bold spirits and joyful hearts — an invitation to pause, feel deeply, and embrace the vibrant moments that make life extraordinary.
Behind The Work
My inspiration is rooted in a deep desire to encourage others to explore their true selves and find freedom in expressing who they are. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, embraced, and celebrated — just as they are — and to experience the beauty, wonder, and richness this life and nature has to offer.
To me, life is a grand adventure — and inspiration is everywhere. When we welcome that sense of wonder into our hearts, the world opens up in magical ways. Through my work, I hope to create a space where you can see a reflection of yourself in the subjects I paint — bold, vibrant souls full of authenticity, joy, and a radiant eagerness to shine.
From The Beginning
Born in the picturesque town of Bunbury, Western Australia, in 1975, my artistic journey has taken me across continents, exploring the beauty of Europe, South Africa, Asia, Australasia, and the captivating landscapes of the British Isles. Having emigrated from Perth, Australia, to the UK in 1985, my love for drawing and painting blossomed as I immersed myself in the British countryside. Though mainly self-taught, I honed my skills further by attending the Worcester College of Art & Design.
Eventually settling on the Isle of Man with my daughter, I have found profound artistic inspiration in the island's stunning landscapes, steeped in myth and legend. The Manx countryside, abundant with wildlife, and fauna, and bordered by the dramatic coastline and the raw Irish Sea, has become my inspiration.
