A 50% deposit is required to secure your place in the Spring Collector Release. Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and scheduled in order.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery.

Each artwork is completed in booking order over the next 10 weeks.

This timeline allows each piece to be developed in layers, with careful attention to detail and finish. You will be updated as your painting progresses.

Clear, well-lit photographs are essential. Natural daylight images with visible detail in the eyes and fur/feathers work best.

If you're unsure whether your image is suitable, I’m happy to review it before booking.

Yes. I can work from several references to create a balanced final composition, particularly for memorial pieces or multi-subject portraits.

Yes. Backgrounds are thoughtfully designed to complement the subject and enhance the overall composition.

If you have something specific in mind, we can discuss it during the planning stage.

Yes. Artwork can be shipped within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated separately depending on size and destination.

After securing your space, you will receive a short confirmation email outlining:

• Your scheduled timeframe
   
• Reference photo guidance
   
• Payment balance details
   
• Delivery expectations
   

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and fully protected for transit.

Deposits secure your place within a limited release and are therefore non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, bookings may be transferred to a future release at my discretion.

For medium and statement pieces, payment can be split into two instalments (deposit + final balance). If you require alternative arrangements, please get in touch before booking.
